A day off in five minutes

A day of rest in the middle of the week was very good for me, well today in most countries the international workers' day is celebrated, and in my country this special day is not a working day and therefore it is a day of rest.

It is essential to say that the rest days of the worker is a right established in the labor law of my country, for example workers are entitled to the enjoyment of a vacation period in the public sector in the middle of the year.

Now seen the rest as a day of recovery of energies, a day of rest can imply using tools of physical and spiritual recovery.
