Hola y saludos amigos de la comunidad yo soy @chiqui-sw y el dÃa de hoy les comparto lo que fue mi último entrenamiento de la semana junto con mi compañero y alumno Leonardo atleta que poco a poco está demostrando de que está hecho realizando dinámicos como 360 dragon y salidas mortales, yo en cambio me e concentrado toda la semana en pulir y mejorar mi front lever a una pues ya lo tenÃa pero no lo tenia bien pulido ya en el último entrenamiento de la semana y del mes pasado logre notar lo mucho que e mejorado mi front lever a un brazo y lograrlo dominar con ambos brazos 🔥💪.
