It's been a while since I've posted in this community, but yesterday while training in the park I was able to enjoy a lot of nature.
I was doing my stretching after running and in front of me something was moving because when I lifted my face there was a beautiful squirrel, climbing the tree, I keep stretching with combined movements and I felt birds around me that were in the trees.
After a while of being at rest and rested I saw several small birds on the ground eating something there, but there were several and it made me curious because I could even get a little closer and they did not fly away.
I think these birds are already used to being among humans, because it was not like other birds that as soon as you get close they fly away without allowing anyone to approach.
I don't really know the name of this singular bird, I only know that they enjoyed their feast there and posed for those of us who were there at that momento.
