La arepa tiene una uniformidad de rellenos, lo que la hace súper versátil para la dieta de un venezolano, es por eso que ahora hacemos la arepas de manera más saludable, agregándole fibra y vegetales porque se que como yo, hay muchos que no saben cómo más sustituirla, simplemente es parte de nosotros.
Uno de mis rellenos favoritos es lo más básico, pero es que lo simple a veces suele ser lo más rico, es un relleno de un buen jamón ahumado con queso "guayanés" o alguno que asemeje su textura, con un toque mínimo de mayonesa y hace la arepa perfecta.
En. Segundo lugar una un poco más elaborada que está casi al mismo nivel, que eso la famosa Reina Pepiada que es una mezcla de pollo desmenuzado con aguacate y claro, su toque de mayonesa no puede faltar con casi ninguna relleno.
Por último en mi top tres, es una arepa con perico, que es un huevo revuelto con los clásicos vegetales tomate y cebolla, pero a mí me gusta ponerle de todo, mientras más vegetales mucho más delicioso. ¿Y cuáles son las tuyas?
