In the beautiful streets of Prof. Francis Akwash, it was a cool evening wow… one of a kind. Everyone wanted to feel the breeze blowing. Just as the bears pants for water. The evening came cool and it's quite. Giving us amazing relief from the heat of March.
Here, in the North Central part of Nigeria, Nasarawa state to be precise. A temperature range of 36- 40⁰C records during this time. This, therefore, is a sign of more dehydration and demands for cold air to keep the body at ease.
So I decided to stay outside the yard of the house. Where I received in abundance the oxygen from the blowing palm trees around. You could imagine how happy I was. Then in a simultaneous manner came by little neighborhood kids. They were so happy to meet me again.
I was away for some time, being inside school and finally home. Cheers. The Reunion was a great one today. I met my little kids' friends, each growing a little and more in wisdom as I conversed with them. They are, Devine, Eshla, Nebiru, Uthman, Walid, Human, Success, Goodness, Naomi, Mirabel, Johnabel, Daniel, Joelle, Chinaza and Mumiyo. Wow, I could remember each name even without seeing them. Smiles… I love little children.
So after discussion and chats. They opted to showcase their gymnastics skills. As the breeze kept making a suitable atmosphere coupled with the availability of fine sand around this ginger their morale and I agreed. This makes the highlights wow, can you imagine how this plays. Hahaha these kids are really amazing.
So they Started with the local name of No-hand, where you summasult or front lift without putting your hand on the ground. Some were pro like Devine, Eshla and Uthman. While others tried in their own ways and who are mine not to applaud them?? Smiles deserve the eulogies, being able to be fearless even in the air lol.
I was happy so I decided to make a short video of each participants, I made them form a queue of which I called one after the other for each to display their styles and I recorded it after all. I summoned them back to rewatch their actions and they were all happy and overwhelmed.
They are so cool and collected they promised to come again next time. The joy from this kids with the cool evening breeze makes my day a remarkable one. And a beautiful weekend to remember.
