Hola gente de Hive y SWC, hoy comparto con ustedes unas fotos de mi ultimo entrenamiento de mi entrenamiento de hoy, hoy era mi día de descanso en mi planeación pero decidí ir al gym, para pasar un día diferente, asi que le dije a uno de mis mejores para ir al gym, fuimos al rededor de las 4pm a hacer pierna y tambien hicimos triceps, en el gym habian unas paralelas y aproveché para hacer calistenia ahi, tambien un poco de barras, nunca se pierde la esencia !
Hi people of Hive and SWC, today I share with you some pictures of my last workout of my training today, today was my rest day in my planning but I decided to go to the gym, to spend a different day, so I told one of my best to go to the gym, we went around 4pm to do leg and also did triceps, in the gym there were some parallel bars and I took the opportunity to do calisthenics there, also a little bit of bars, never lose the essence !
