Today I was wondering about what to cook that I will enjoy it with my white rice so an ideal come across my mind.
I am bringing to us a new experience I will be preparing a delicious recipe that ideal for white rice or white yam. I made this stew with love and it will serve for my kids lunch to school today and also for me and my husband.
So let's see how to prepare this simple and tasty stew.
INGREDIENTS USED
1/2 cup of groundnut oil
6 piece of pepper
1/2 tablespoon of salt
2 pices of ginger
2 pices of turmeric
7 pices of carrots
1 medium Onion
1 cube of maggi
2 pices of cucumber
1/2 cup of water.
**PROCEDURE **
First wash your cucumber and your carrot.
After washing them cut the cucumber into two and remove the seeds inside.
After removing the cucumber seeds you slice them into pieces and also peel your turmeric and ginger and slice them and grind.
After grinding you wash your onion and also slice.
After sliceing your onion you wash your pot and put on fire. once the water use in washing pot dry you put your groundnut oil. The ground oil will stay for 10minus before you put salt. After putting salt you add your slice onions and also add your grind carrots, cucumber, tumeric and ginger.
After you start turning them for like 5 minutes you add your pepper and continue turning for another 5 minutes in water in the cucumber and carrots are dry you now add water 1/2 cup of water.
Wait for another 5 minutes your cucumber and carrots stew will be ready.
TIME DURATION
Once all your ingredients are ready,
15minues your yummy yummy stew is done.
And your yummy stew will be very good on,
White rice and
White yam.
