Hello everyone,am glad to be here again and to share with you great message i learnt from Bro Eli Sariano teachings.
As christians we need to know some deep truth,this will help our daily lives, shaping our lives and influencing our actions on daily basis.
I know we may be curious to know what pleases God the most.
That's why am here to share the answers from the scriptures.
Matthew 17:5 (KJV) While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him.
It's interesting to know that nothing pleases God the most except his son just like in the scripture above
Jesus Christ is the only beloved son in whom God is well pleased
Therefore there's nothing we can do as humans to please him the most though there are some right ways of life which we can exhibit for God to be pleased
Jeremiah 9:23-24 (KJV) Thus saith the LORD, Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty man glory in his might, let not the rich man glory in his riches:
But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am the LORD which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, saith the LORD.
The above scripture has helped me to know that God can be pleased if I understand and know who he is.For he is a God who exercise loving kindness, judgments and righteousness in the earth.
These are the things God delights in
But his son Jesus Christ is the only thing the delights him the most
