Many of us have normalized our daily hustling over our health meaning we give less priority to our mental and physical health. A lot is going on in society that won’t allow us to check on ourselves but still, we need to give ourselves some moment for a quick checkup as We are exposed to toxic and unhealthy substances everyday, and our body is built like a machine.
Some of us own a car or other machines that could breakdown at any point in time same goes with our bodies.

There’s an adage that says prevention is better than cure, we prefer to see ourselves break down before we check in ourselves.
A few weeks ago I was on medication treating cough and catarrh before it got serious I’ve been observing some changes in my body but I just didn’t care instead I was more focused on work and school not until I almost couldn’t breathe again and I had to visit the nearest pharmacy around me for a quick check-up there I realized I had malaria and typhoid making me spend more than I could have spent.

We need to understand that without the proper functionality of our system, we might not be able to achieve the level of activeness needed to execute a certain task or activity.
Prioritizing eating a balanced diet would go along way for the functionality of our system but most of us munch more starchy food than normal.
Taking at least one type of fruit daily also would help us a lot.

You Shouldn’t just lay all day in your bed get off your bed and do some exercise it helps our breathing and breaks down excess calories in the body.

By taking care of your self you’re not just helping yourself but also motivating others around you to do the same and the line keeps going.

Let’s always remember that all we invest in might go into the wrong hands if we refuse to invest in our bodies most especially our health, don’t assume you’re healthy go for a check-up at least once or twice a month.
Taking care of our health now is not just about treating illness or diseases it’s about investing in longevity, vitality, and quality of life.
