Happy Thanksgiving for those who celebrate it! I thought I would be unique in heading to the gym for my daily workout as I wanted to get a good calorie burn so that I can enjoy plenty of protein later in the day. It seems that everyone had the same idea as the gym was very full. It was also only a half day so I was happy that I had signed up for a class as it would have been tough to find areas to workout today. It was a conditioning class and it was tough.
To summarize, the last set of the cycles they had us do were burpees which I have grown to dislike quite a bit. My body is getting better but still struggles when adding weight to high intensity of having circuits on a time basis instead of reps. At least I know what I want to achieve when I get through the milestones at some point. I can definitely see myself improving given all the variety I am adding to my training as of last.
