Last weekend my wife needed to have her hair done and invited two friends to help her with this task. La solución fue genial, realizaríamos croquetas de picadillo de pollo y para su elaboración participaríamos todos. La primera acción que se realizó fue buscar los ingredientes para su confección. Los componentes que se usaron fueron los siguientes: Ají, cebolla morada, ajo, sal, harina de trigo, condimento integral, aceite y picadillo de pollo. Una vez acopiados los ingredientes, mi esposa que estaba de jefa de cocina, comenzaría a realizar las actividades para cocinar sus ricas croquetas.
The solution was great, we would make chicken mince croquettes and we would all participate in their preparation. The first thing to do was to look for the ingredients to make them. The components used were the following: Bell pepper, red onion, garlic, salt, wheat flour, whole wheat seasoning, oil and chicken picadillo. Once the ingredients were gathered, my wife, who was in charge of the kitchen, would begin to carry out the activities to cook the delicious croquettes.

For the process of molding the dough, it was a great party, because my little children wanted to do this part of the task, which our friend Eliannys, was their main supervisor; between the three of them they kneaded the dough and gave shape to the croquettes, which could be eaten practically without frying. To give a perfect finish, the croquettes were accompanied by a sweet and sour sauce and a tasty coffee.
La visita disfrutó todo el tiempo, pues las chicas fueron involucradas en el proceso de realización de las mismas y se sintieron parte de la familia. A las amistades verdaderas se les debe de realizar este tipo de gestos para demostrarles cuan importantes son. La mañana fue realmente espectacular, pues entre risas y jaranas compartimos todos y lo más importante que nuestra visita se sintió a gusto entre nosotros.
