    Mt. Naupa

Yesterday, the weather was super hot, actually every day. Because of the heat that we experienced, we decided to go to Mt.Naupa and we slept there. We brought foods to eat, but as we arrived there, we will cook it. We brought corned beef and pancit cantoon, a simple boodle fight for all of us. We forgot to bring banana leaves, so we were asking for permission from the owner of the nearest house there if it was okay to solicit soke banana leaves, that will serve as our plate.

My companions are my brother, boyfriend, and my boyfriend's sister, as well as her husband and friends. I have a lot of experiences I want to share with you guys. While some of us cooked, we took a picture as a memory. It's super cold there because, of course, we were in a higher place. It was a weekend, so no wonder there were a lot of people who went and slept there.
The entrance fee is 30 pesos per head but if overnight you will add another 20 pesos for the whole night.

    boodle fight

By the way to those who dont know the boodle fight is a traditional Filipino meal known foods are arranged on top of banana leaves that are spread out on a long table. After then, the custom of eating with the hands and usually without plates or utensils emphasizes companionship and group meal sharing.

    tent

We brought 1 tent but 1 tent wouldnt fit to all of us so we decided to rent 2 tents, its very useful specially in camping.

    😍

After eating later on, we go down to sing. 1 song for 5 pesos, like you cannot just select a song that you don't know because you're just wasting your money. But anyway, I enjoyed my weekend. One of the most memorable weekend I've had was when I sang "Di lang ikaw" by Juris. Juris's Filipino song "Di Lang Ikaw" expresses longing for a person who has moved on. Its meaning focuses on the experience of profoundly missing someone and the realization that that person is unique. The anguish of losing a loved one and the hope that they will return at some point are conveyed in the lyrics. Many who have felt the pain of being apart from someone and the longing for a past love can relate to this song.

To be honest I really love to sing it makes me happy, it makes me feel relax. Our respiratory muscle strength, and lung capacity can all be enhanced by singing. It can also reduced stressAdditionally, it improves mood and encourages relaxation. Having a sense of community and belonging is fostered by group singing. Relationship building and social interaction are greatly facilitated by it. It can help to preserve cognitive function and enhance memory abilities because singing demands mental focus, memory, and coordination. Vocal communication abilities such as emotion and articulation are improved by singing. It might increase confidence and self-esteem to perform in front of an audience. People who sing can experiment with many styles and genres, which fosters creativity and self-expression.

Fast forward it's sleeping time, but we slept around 12:40 a.m. haha. The voices of other campers are loud, and we can't even sleep because of the noise, so we took a picture.Fast forward: I wake up at 5 a.m. I was outside the tent, and this one catches my attention. It was so nice, so I took a picture. Later on, it's sunrise time haha.

    🗻

6 a.m, we packed our things because we needed to go home, while others were packing, so I gave my cellphone to someone to picture me while facing the volcano, but anyway, it's not a real volcano, but everyone called it "volcano." It's just a limestone hill that has been formed for how many years.
Later on, everybody goes down again to go home. It was one of my unforgettable memories; it was worth the weekend. It's really important that sometimes we also need a break. We also need to relax because of the heavy responsibilities in our life.
