27 de junio: Día del Educador Jubilado.

Cada 27 de junio los educadores jubilados celebramos actos de celebración en honor a los trabajadores que dedicaron toda una vida en la enseñanza y orientación de personas de distintas edades.

En San Juan de los Morros funciona la Asociación de Educadores Jubilados, actualmente bajo la dirección del profesor José Loreto Funes, de una ejemplar trayectoria y quien ocupara cargos de dirección y relevancia dentro de nuestro sistema educativo.

Siempre se realiza un acto central donde se realizan condecoraciones y reconocimientos a educadores que cumplen con los requisitos para serles otorgadas las distinciones, y la máxima recibe el nombre de la insigne educadora Hilda López Graff.

Este año han sido merecedores de esta condecoración los profesores Jesús Toledo quien se desempeñó en el área cultural y la profesora Luz María Pérez.

Hoy, como cada año, estará presentándose la Coral Fernando Raúl Sanchez Bolivar ala cual pertenezco, pero que por motivos de salud no podré asistir. Por cierto que hace unos cuantos años recibí este galardón.

Agradezco a Dios y pido por la fortaleza del gremio.
