Saludos amigos de Hive y SWC, espero se encuentre super bién. Nuevamente, les comparto un entrenamiento diario, hoy realice una rutina de básicos, la cual se trataron de un set de ejercicios donde trabaje todo el tren superior, ya que me decidí a realizar ejercicios básicos dos veces a la semana para ganar mucha más fuera.
