Hello there!
I do not know if this is the perfect place to post this but I am an independent Public Domain photographer and I just wanted to share a few things and also ask stuff.
I made tons of images that I am giving in the public domain and I found lots of great sites to share images on.
I found many decentralized blockchain based ones like Hive of course.
So in this post I wanted to share a digest of my collection of images just to see if people are interested seeing different and sometimes weird art styles.
I just wanted to ask for feedback regarding my images and what people want to see from posts like this, especially in this community.
I can post lists of sites with free Public Domain content or just write about how I made my photos.
Please let me know what is best for this community.
I also can share some background stories but I guess just focusing on educational material might be the best approach for me here.
I just want to try to post more text based content alongside my images to create meaningful post.
Integrating tutorials or educational material of other types into my posting would generally make sense for my goals on social media.
So here are some images that are basically self-explanatory.
They are deliberately selected to reflect unique art-styles for the sake of inspiration.
This is my first post of this kind so please let me know what you want next.
The feedback is needed and I have some knowledge to share.
Have a great day everyone and thank you for the amazing posts here.
Shooting through reflective things like a Caleidoscope is great to get cool inspiration and sometimes even good images.
Shooting things that people useually do not see from close distance is a great way to get attention pointed towards the small things.
Sometimes cheap material allows for great art.
Shooting interesting surfaces does the same for me.
Overlapping of structures is often possible and useful.
Take advantage of things around you like in this shot of a lamp on a table.
We can also use improvisation to get cool photos done.
Here I used a simple yellow ball and just got a noce shot utilizing the sun.
Sometimes documenting simple details from the world is a great idea just like mentioned before.
Even taking advantage of a simple quet oment allows to catch multiple objects on one single image.
Helping by arranging things can also be nice.
Use the shadows to your advantage.
Snow is a great cheatcode to get stunning art even when it is handmade.
I can do a real indepth explanation of my images if you want.
Please give me some feedback if you want.
Thank you.
