Me and my cousin brother went to the barbecue shop and ordered some barbecues there and i was eagerly waiting and my mouth was watering
We ordered some barbecues and fried fish 250 grams, fish contains primary proteins and also retains omega 3- fatty acids which are very helpful to the development of the brain
This is the instrument where Barbeques got 🔥🔥 roasted. Red meat contains variety of nutrients like Potassium, vitamin-B, zinc, iron and proteins etc. But one thing is here if you have heard about that proverb excess of every thing is bad and doctors have not recommend to eat too much or processed 🥩 meat.
Why red meat is red because it contains protein myoglobin, any way I have discussed some health benefits of red meat as well as there is also some demerits of red meat, like excessive eating can cause fatty liver, cardiovascular disease and Colorectal cancer.
