En la vida pasamos muchos momentos que pueden ir de momentos gratos como no tan gratos, nuestras emociones pueden llegar a desbordarse cuando se presentan algunos cambios, siempre he tratado de que estos cambios me afecten lo menos posible; que mi salud física y mental no se afecten.
No me canso de agradecer todo lo que me ha ocurrido en estos últimos meses, en ocasiones podemos no entender nada de lo que pasamos, pero siempre he pensado que todos los cambios son para bien. Hace alrededor de tres meses una amiga me invitó a participar en un grupo de amigos, me aceptaron y fue de gran valor para mí. Ya algunos miembros del grupo tienen algunos años, hoy para mí fue muy grato compartir por primera vez. La mayoría de los amigos son jubilados del sector salud, me encantó poder estar en este compartir ya que pudieron asistir la gran mayoría de los miembros, somos veintidós personas en el grupo y asistimos diecinueve personas, algunos no asistieron por problemas de salud y otros por compromiso familiares.

I never get tired of being thankful for everything that has happened to me in the last few months, sometimes we may not understand anything we go through, but I have always thought that all changes are for the better. About three months ago a friend invited me to participate in a group of friends, I was accepted and it was of great value to me. Some of the members of the group are already a few years old, today for me it was very nice to share for the first time. Most of the friends are retired from the health sector, I was delighted to be able to be in this sharing since most of the members were able to attend, we are twenty-two people in the group and nineteen people attended, some did not attend because of health problems and others because of family commitments
La cita estaba pautada para las once de la mañana, en esta oportunidad celebraríamos el cumpleaños de dos de los miembros del grupo. A la hora de la llegada fueron bien amables, fue un momento de mucha alegría, a medida que iba transcurriendo la tarde comenzaron a llegar otras personas, la mayoría son damas, entre juegos, conversaciones, bailes, declamaciones y poesías el día fue pasando y con el pasar del día mi mente se iba llenando de gratos momentos.
De este compartir salieron muchos planes, algunos dejaban conocer sus profesiones, sitios turísticos para visitar y muchas metas para realizar este año. Muchos de los miembros ya tienen una edad avanzada, pero su alegría y energía están en un alto nivel de motivación; también muchas ganas de vivir.

La comida estuvo a la orden del día, entre tequeños, huevos de codorniz, antipasto, sándwiches, jamón aceitunas y para de contar pasamos la tarde, muchas bebidas, entre ellas había: refrescos, sangría de todas las marcas, cervezas y jugos. El adulto mayor se distingue por llevar lo que mejor hace, aquí no faltaron los chorizos, bollos y también las catalinas, el pan nunca cae mal.
