During Ramadan, I change some of my time to exercise. One of them is time management for exercise in the evening after a fasting break. It is very difficult to exercise while fasting, because I am a diabetic who may experience a drop in blood sugar when fasting.
Still in the trial period, fortunately even though it was late, there were several people training at the gym center. I'm a bit scary about this place because it's quiet and there are few members.
You can see how dark and blurry my camera is because of the lack of light at night. But today, I'm practicing back!
