Still can barely move my legs after Sunday’s leg day! My butt still feels like it lost a fight with Mike Tyson 😅
That’s okay, that’s why we have shoulder days!
12.5 dumbbells, bunch of supersets of various exercises… short but difficult set, maybe try same weight one more time before increasing
Oh and one more thing… down 2 pounds from my last weigh in so that’s feeling goooood
