My version of a cake called "bajadera"

    "Everyone's favorite cake."

"Today is my wife's birthday, so I decided to surprise her with a cake that we all love, and everyone in the house always wants me to make it because I make it the best. I've made the cake, it's not difficult and doesn't take much time, but there's a bit of a mess this time because I was rushing to surprise my wife when she returns from work."

    1. Grind half a kilo of Petit Beurre or Plazma biscuits; Petit Beurre biscuits are better because they are firmer. Also grind 20-30 decagrams of walnuts or almonds; I prefer almonds, but you can use hazelnuts if you prefer, it's your choice.

    1. Melt 1 deciliter of milk, 1 deciliter of rum, and 20 decagrams of sugar over heat. When the sugar dissolves, add a whole margarine or butter; it's up to you, I use margarine for cakes with vanilla flavor.

    1. Mix all of that into the biscuits and nuts to make a mixture, then transfer it into a baking dish or tray where you'll shape it. It's best to shape it into a cube because it's the easiest, and it's also easier to cut later.

    1. Melt 300 grams of cooking chocolate; I add a bit of butter, a tablespoon of oil, a tablespoon of rum, and a bit of milk. Leave the milk nearby and add it gradually until you achieve the texture of chocolate you desire, whether firmer or runnier. I prefer something in between, so it's soft but doesn't crack and doesn't stick too much to your hands. Pour it all over and spread it evenly over the cake you shaped earlier.

    1. Let it cool for at least half an hour at room temperature, then refrigerate it until the next day to firm up, and that's it.

Slice it and enjoy it with your favorite drink; it's perfect with coffee.

    Bon appétit, friends.
