I made a bet with a good friend of mine, that I could up the ante and raise the weekly steps to 250k, which would mean 36k steps on average.
Well, the first day was very hard because I could still feel the exhaustion from yesterday's 56k steps, but I did it.
My energy is completely drained, but I have to lose weight at a faster rate. These are desperate measures and I hope to be at my target weight of 90 kg in about 5 to 6 weeks.
