    Heeeyaa! 🤠

A 14-year-old game just released on Windows, and was released on Switch a year ago. I was curious why it was released after years. So it was a platform compatibility issue, with some codes and stuff that I don't understand, haha. I was happy that it was on Switch! Yey! I got the physical copy and luckily received the package on a long weekend. 😊 A friend of mine said that I should give a cowboy character a try.

A friend of mine said that it is one of the best classic games ever. So no wonder why people are still talking about it. 😁 Before playing this game, I just knew some details like the setup era and some plot, but not entirely.

I can say the game has super nice graphics! I had to memorize some navigation but were quick and easy to. I got a horse instantly, nice! 😁

A cut scene of the Fort Mercer. Very "Rockstar" -ish 😆 Kind of reminds me of GTA, well no shit.

Aside from the game itself, I wanted to look around like zooming in and out stuff, those details. Here is the biggest house in town, and I was guessing this would be part of the storyline. It reminds me of the movie 12 Years a Slave.

The first try of shooting was a mess for me. 😆 I had to shoot the rabbits in motion. I had to use the dead eye feature to make things in slow motion. I honestly did not know what the meter gauge was beside the map. I thought it was the health meter but turned out to be the dead eye. Ahh~ thanks to a 14-year-old Reddit comment, haha! Saved me from forever guessing. 😆

Skinning wild animals and killing bad guys for money. It was not a lot of money compared to completing the quest but fun for a break from the storyline.

Oh, I like this kind of mini-quest too. 😁 Helping civilians with their daily problems. Not a lot of money but it adds some fame and honor. It can be done anytime so I just collected some quest and do it later or when I feel like doing it.

Five finger fillet... 😳 I did not know the name of this game until I played RD, I also saw this in a lot of pirate-themed games. I had a few tries until I got the gist of it. So I had to copy the rhythm of the knife. I just lost bets and gained some scar, haha. 😆

Just roaming around Armadillo, a new town to explore. I got curious about the movie house so I gave it a try. So this is how movies were played back then. I stuck with the movie the entire time and wow... it was about the bad medicines. 😆 How it was portrayed was hilarious. It was a kind of slapstick comedy.

Lassoing a freaking horse was the MOST consuming time. 🥲 I was able to lasso the horse but it broke. I read the instruction a lot of times and I am sure that I was following what was indicated. I thought there were some tricks on here, so I tried holding both ZL and ZR and it worked! In my head, "press" and "hold" are two different things, and what was in the instruction was "press" ugh. It was a solid 45-minute running around.

That was my experience for two days of playing the game.😁 So far I am enjoying every bit of it. How I wish I had more time to play, haha!

And, Happy Halloween, Hive Gamers! 🎃
