Three Tunes Tuesday #ttt "Gratitude"/Hive Power Up Post

Ahh!!!! I can't believe we're in October already; how fast time goes; try and live in the moment, will you?
It's #ttt Three Tunes Tuesday and Hive power-up day today. #ttt is an initiative started by @ablaze where you write a post about three of your favorite songs every Tuesday. This is an invitation for you to join the train.

    Hive power-up post

It's the 1st of October and another day to grow our Hive account hehe #PUD #HIVEPUD . I haven't made a power-up post in a long time, so here it is. For today, I'll be powering up 134 Hive. I hope to power up more before the month runs out hehe
    So here's my progress.

    Three Tunes Tuesday

I remember when the year started, and I wrote down so many goals I wanted to achieve. Well, I haven't gotten up to half of my goals, but I'm most thankful to God that I'm still alive and healthy.
So many unforeseen circumstances came up; I even had to visit the hospital and was on drugs for weeks and I could barely do anything, I'm grateful to God that I'm alive.
Sometimes we get mad because we've not achieved our goals, but we forget to appreciate the little miracles and achievements. I wrote a gratitude post some time ago, and that practice has changed my life a whole lot.
Music is a way for me to express myself so for this week's tunes I'll be picking three of my favorite songs about Gratitude

    Don Moen "Thank you Lord"

I've been a huge fan of Don Moen ever since I was little. His songs are so reflective and warming. Whenever this song comes up, I begin to count my blessings over and over again because God is faithful.

"Goodness of God" by CeCe Winans

I love this song because it never gets old to me. I sing this song in the church at the end of every year; I can say it's a tradition at this point, hehe.
Goodness of God by CeCe Winans is a song that makes you reflect on how faithful God has been.
    And Last but not least song on my list is;

    "Give Thanks" by Don Moen

Let the poor say I am strong, let the sick say I am healed. In every situation you find yourself, always be grateful to God because it's not by our strength that we are alive. I got the news that a friend of mine was involved in a fire explosion. I was heartbroken when I heard the news and saw the video of how damaged his body was. In just a blink of an eye, life can take a bad turn. If he had told me 10 years ago that he would be involved in a fire accident and his body would be severely damaged, I bet he would've argued and even fought with the person.
Do you know the first thing that came out of my mouth when I heard the news?? I said thank God that he's alive
    .

That's all for now; bye, guys. See you next week for #ttt and next month for another power-up post.
