Hello everyone,happy Sunday.I'm here to show you how I prepared rice and bean for lunch.rice and beans combines the starchy carbohydrates of rice with the protein rich beans,providing a well balanced meal.the nutritional value of rice and beans is noteworthy.
ingredients
3 cups of rice
2 cups of beans
3 tomatoes
6 red pepper
1/2 green vegetable
2 cooking spoon of red oil
Salt to taste

preparation
I poured my beans inside a tray,i pick out the dirt and i poured it inside a bowl.i put water inside a bowl and i poured two inside the pot
I rinsed my beans and pour it inside my pot.
I cut my onion,i put it inside the beans, i stair it together and i covered it to boil for 30mins .
After 30mins,i rinsed my rice,and poured the dirt water away
I opened my pot, i poured my rice inside the beans and i put salt.then I stair it together.
Afterwards I covered it to boil for 1hr.
After 1hrs I opened my pot my rice and beans is done.
For my vegetable stew
I rinsed my pepper,i cut my onions and i put everything inside my blender.
I pressed min to blender it for 3mins because it's for stew and i poured it inside a bowl
I cut my vegetables out from the stick and i picked it one by one with my hands.then I wrapped it and cut it with my knife.
I poured it inside a bowl,i put water inside it and rinsed it twice then I sieve out the water.
I put my pot on fire,i poured my Palm oil i inside the pot i allowed it to fry.
I poured my pepper inside it,i put s little salt, i mixed it together and i covered it to fry for 10mins
After 10mins i opened it and put
My vegetables inside it.then I sieve it together and i allowed it to fry for 5mins.my vegetable stew is ready
