Recuerdo hace un par de años cuando apenas me iba iniciando en mis caminos por el arte de la docencia, que un compañero de trabajo me realizo una pregunta ¿Miladis para que estas tú en este mundo? Un silencio profundo resalto en medio de nuestra conversación e inmediatamente vino a mi mente lo siguiente “Tengo un propósito que cumplir, no sé exactamente cuál es, pero trabajare para descubrirlo y darle cumplimiento a el”
Desde entonces me he desempeñado en diferentes áreas de la docencia y aunque la situación país en más de una oportunidad me haya inquietado por desistir de mi profesión, les puedo decir con toda propiedad que siento una gran pasión por ella, me fascina la interacción docente-estudiante, el saber que puedo educar, volver sus vidas ordinarias en algo transformador definitivamente es mi mejor recompensa.
Siempre me he caracterizado por dar lo mejor de mí en cada trabajo, de hecho algunas veces reconozco que tiendo a no ser equilibrada y mi balanza se inclina más hacia mis responsabilidades laborales que a mi familia, pero en mi defensa es que cuento con mi esposo que me apoya muchísimo. Estas actitudes en mi han sido visualizadas por los entes superiores y es por ello que he recibido ascensos y nuevas propuestas de trabajo.
Algunas veces observamos desde nuestros propios límites como las personas surgen en la vida y pensamos es cuestión de suerte, para mi esa suerte se construye junto a la intención de vivir extraordinariamente bien dentro de tus propias posibilidades y junto a ello voy a ser uso de una palabra viva que se ubica en el gran libro de la vida “Proverbio 10:4 La mano negligente empobrece, pero la mano de los diligentes enriquece”.
Mi interpretación de esta cita bíblica es que aquellas personas que desean salir adelante y viven diligentemente, le van a llover las oportunidades y opciones de trabajo y es que ellos hacen de algo sencillo una maravilla, mientras que el perezoso se lamentara por solo cosechar escasamente los frutos de sus esfuerzos.
De allí mis queridos amigos lectores la gran importancia de ejercer tu arte o profesión con amor y pasión, que la excelencia sea la virtud con la que te denoten por donde quiera que te muevas, valoremos la bendición de poder tener un trabajo que nos proporcione un sustento, valoremos los diferentes roles que existen en el campo laboral, recuerda que en una empresa u organización todos son sumamente importante, desde la persona que limpia o saca la basura hasta quien dirige la empresa, cada uno de ellos cumple una función vital para el buen funcionamiento de la misma.
Existen personas que ven el trabajo como un castigo, recordemos que nuestra actitud será determinante en todo lo que hacemos, por lo tanto cada día levántate con la mejor sonrisa, así este con sueño y tus energías sean escasas, declara con la autoridad de tu boca que será un día extraordinario, te confieso que esta es una estrategia que aplico desde hace un tiempo y he obtenido muy buenos resultados.
Mi vida continua en crecimiento y estoy pasando por una de mis mejores etapas, siento que todo se está alineando para volver mi vida rutinaria a algo extraordinario, estoy con una sed incesante de nuevos aprendizajes y disfruto al máximo este proceso porque estoy dejando parte de mi amor por el arte de educar en cada uno de los diferentes espacios donde me movilizo, del mismo modo, estoy construyendo mi confianza absoluta con base a mis potencialidades y esto me genera seguridad en cada paso que doy, así que le continuare sonriendo a la vida aun cuando me presente algunos limones en el camino y cuando esto suceda, aplico la estrategia de mi princesa “Si la vida te da limones, le exprimimos los limones en la cara a la vida” con esto lo que les quiero resaltar es que no dejes que nadie apague esa hermosa luz que nos identifica.

I remember a couple of years ago when I was just starting out in the art of teaching, a co-worker asked me a question "Miladis, what are you in this world for? A deep silence came in the middle of our conversation and immediately came to my mind the following "I have a purpose to fulfill, I do not know exactly what it is, but I will work to discover it and give fulfillment to it".
Since then I have worked in different areas of teaching and although the country's situation has made me worry about giving up my profession on more than one occasion, I can tell you with all propriety that I feel a great passion for it, I am fascinated by the teacher-student interaction, knowing that I can educate, turning their ordinary lives into something transforming is definitely my best reward.
I have always been characterized by giving the best of me in every job, in fact sometimes I recognize that I tend to be unbalanced and my balance leans more towards my work responsibilities than my family, but in my defense is that I have my husband who supports me a lot. These attitudes in me have been seen by my superiors and that is why I have received promotions and new job offers.
Sometimes we observe from our own limits how people emerge in life and we think it is a matter of luck, for me that luck is built together with the intention of living extraordinarily well within your own possibilities and together with this I will make use of a living word that is located in the great book of life <strong"Proverb 10:4 The negligent hand impoverishes, but the hand of the diligent enriches".
My interpretation of this biblical quote is that those people who want to get ahead and live diligently, will be showered with opportunities and job options and they make something simple a marvel, while the lazy will be sorry for only barely reap the fruits of their efforts.
Hence my dear friends readers the great importance of exercising your art or profession with love and passion, that excellence is the virtue with which you denote wherever you move, value the blessing of having a job that provides a living, value the different roles that exist in the labor field, remember that in a company or organization everyone is extremely important, from the person who cleans or takes out the trash to who runs the company, each of them fulfills a vital function for the proper functioning of the same.
There are people who see work as a punishment, remember that our attitude will be decisive in everything we do, so every day get up with the best smile, even if you are sleepy and your energy is scarce, declare with the authority of your mouth that it will be an extraordinary day, I confess that this is a strategy that I apply for some time and I have obtained very good results.
My life continues to grow and I am going through one of my best stages, I feel that everything is aligning to turn my routine life into something extraordinary, I am with an incessant thirst for new learning and I enjoy this process to the fullest because I am leaving part of my love for the art of educating in each of the different spaces where I move, in the same way, I am building my absolute confidence based on my potential and this gives me security in every step I take, so I will continue to smile at life even when I have some lemons on the way and when this happens, I apply the strategy of my princess "If life gives you lemons, we squeeze the lemons in the face of life" with this what I want to emphasize is that do not let anyone turn off that beautiful light that identifies us.
