This year my daughter is in third grade in elementary education, with this level ends the first phase of this stage, so it is necessary to consolidate learning that become the main foundation for further progress in their learning process.
As a mother and teacher I like to intervene in this teaching process in a gradual way, without pressure and using didactic and playful strategies that promote meaningful learning.
Now, the teacher implements a work program taking into account the competencies of the grade and the basic learning, to give continuity to other knowledge and that is why once she teaches several classes, she performs verification tests to check if the learning has been consolidated or if they require other strategies to consolidate.
This seems excellent to me because the tests are the only ones that will allow to verify if the student has understood and manages the knowledge to solve in this case, the proposed exercises and thus be able to move on to other content or organize new strategies if there are some weaknesses in the group.
At home every day we review with our daughter the homework notebook, we organize material, we investigate and she ends up solving the proposed exercises, and then intervene and verify if they are well resolved.
I like to let my daughter, after being oriented, do her homework alone and in this way allows me to verify if there is any detail, to explain and improve and that allows me to observe if she pays attention, observes and activates her logical ability to solve the content.
Measuring strengths and weaknesses in students is an accurate way to identify what they need and how we can help them to advance and solve that critical knot in an effective way, because this kind of tests allow us to identify changes or progress at the school level.
At home we also apply similar tests to exercise the task and observe how our little one acts and develops at the moment of having contact with the proposed content and this definitely allows us to reinforce learning where she shows difficulty or confusion.
So far we are doing very well and my daughter has already consolidated reading, writing and basic math operations, now she is moving forward with the complex learning that derives from these lessons, a continuous process that allows her to acquire new knowledge.
At the end of this month this second pedagogical moment ends and it is necessary that my daughter has already consolidated some of the competencies required to advance and complete this grade and thus advance to the second stage of primary education.
As a professional in the field of education I support the evaluation tests, it is a simple form of feedback that brings benefits to the educational process, which not only brings welfare to students, but helps the school to improve or advance in the educational processes.
Now, evaluation tests are better when they invite to solve and not to memorize because it allows the student to create their own thoughts and opinions on a specific topic, without limiting their critical and research process.
So if your child is studying at school or at home, remember why assessment tests are important.

Pruebas de evaluación en la escuela.
Este año mi hija cursa el tercer grado en educación primaria, con este nivel termina la primera fase de esta etapa, por lo que es necesario consolidar aprendizajes que se convierten en los principales cimientos para seguir avanzando en su proceso de aprendizaje.
Como mamá y maestra me gusta intervenir en este proceso de enseñanza de forma graduar, sin presión y utilizando estrategias didácticas y lúdicas que promuevan su aprendizaje significativo.
Ahora bien la maestra implementa un programa de trabajo atendiendo las competencias del grado y los aprendizajes base, para dar continuidad a otros conocimientos y por eso una vez imparte varias clases, realiza pruebas de verificación para comprobar si los aprendizajes, han sido consolidados o si requieren de otras estrategias para consolidar.
Lo cuál me parece excelente porque las pruebas son las únicas que permitirán verificar, si el estudiante a entendido y maneja los conocimientos para resolver en este caso, los ejercicios propuestos y así poder avanzar a otro contenido u organizar nuevas estrategias si se presentan algunas debilidades en el grupo.
En casa todos los días se revisa junto a nuestra hija el cuaderno de las tareas, organizamos material, investigamos y ella termina resolviendo los ejercicios propuestos, para luego intervenir y verificar si están bien resueltos.
Me gusta dejar que mi hija después de ser orientada, realice su tarea sola y de esta manera me permite verificar si hay algún detalle, para explicar y mejorar y eso me permite observar si presta atención, observa y activa su habilidad lógica para resolver el contenido.
Medir las fortalezas y debilidades en los estudiantes es una forma precisa de identificar que necesita y como lo podemos ayudar a avanzar y resolver ese nudo crítico de manera efectiva, porque este tipo de pruebas permiten identificar cambios o progresos en el nivel escolar.
En casa también aplicamos pruebas similares para ejercitar la tarea y observa como actúa y se desenvuelve nuestra pequeña al momento de tener contacto con el contenido propuesto y esto definitivamente nos permite reforzar aprendizajes dónde muestre dificultad o confusión.
Hasta ahora vamos muy bien ya mi hija consolidó la lectura, escritura y operaciones básicas de matemáticas, ahora avanza con los aprendizajes complejos que derivan de estos aprendizajes, proceso continuo que le permite adquirir nuevos conocimientos.
A final de este mes este segundo momento pedagógico termina y es necesario que mi hija ya tenga consolidado algunas competencias requeridas para avanzar y culminar este grado y así avanzar a la segunda etapa de educación primaria.
Cómo profesional en el área de educación apoyo las pruebas de evaluación, es una forma sencilla de retroalimentación que aportan beneficios al proceso educativo, la cual no solo aporta bienestar a los estudiantes, sino ayuda a la escuela a mejorar o avanzar en los procesos educativos.
Ahora bien las pruebas de evaluación son mejores cuando invitan a resolver y no ha memorizar ya que los permite al estudiante crear sus propios pensamientos y opiniones sobre algún tema en específico, sin limitar su proceso critico y de investigación.
Así que si tú hijo/a estudia en la escuela o en casa recuerda porque son importantes las pruebas de evaluación

Todos nos atemorizamos ante una prueba escolar pero con una organizada preparación y habitos de estudio, los resultados pueden ser
satisfactorios si valoramos la creatividad, la experimentación para resolverlo, nada que un buen hábito de estudio no pueda resolver.
