Hola amigos de Hive y Street workout community, soy yo de nuevo @carlossaw. Y hoy les traigo un nuevo post de fotografías demi entrenamiento de pecho y espalda ¡Empecemos!!!
Hello friends of Hive and Street workout community, it's me again @carlossaw. And today I bring you a new post of pictures of my chest and back workout. Let's get started!!!!
Decidí realizar un entrenamiento de pecho y espalda en el parque metropolitano de San Cristóbal, ya que era un parque bastante completo, donde realice una rutina alternada entre ejercicio de espalda y pechos.
I decided to do a chest and back workout at the San Cristobal Metropolitan Park, since it was a fairly complete park, where I did a routine alternating between back and chest exercises.
Fueron 8 ejercicios 4 de espalda y 4 de pechos y fueron estos:
10x4 Pull-ups
25x4 Dips
10x4 Chin-ups
20x4 Bardips
10x4 Pull-ups en anilla
20x4 Push-ups
10x4 pull-ups agarre neutron
20x4 Press de banca
There were 8 exercises, 4 back exercises and 4 chest exercises and they were these:
10x4 Pull-ups
25x4 Dips
10x4 Chin-ups
20x4 Bardips
10x4 Pull-ups in ring
20x4 Push-ups
10x4 Neutral grip pull-ups
20x4 Bench presses
Fue un buen entrenamiento bastante completo y divertido, el cual fue bastante completo.
It was a good, thorough and fun training, which was quite complete.
