I gave a deep thought into this after looking into some things and i thought each healer should have a greater power kept within them that is to be released when all means seems impossible. I have not thought of a suitable name to call this power but i'd call it " The Current of the Deep" and this power is both offensive and defensive alone ten times normal healing power.
To draw this i started with the hair as i always do when using a pen and a book. This was just to determine the head shape I'd be using and the head part was a breeze.
After, i drew her body as well as her jacket and her device.
Next i added her belt, her face and completed the outline of her outfits just left with some other stuffs that was to be added .
With everything almost done i just added her hair extension just to lead me into the painting.
I painted the hair green-blue along side her coat collars.
I added blue to mix the colours of the hair and coloured her face, inner clothing as well as her belts.i also made her coat ash in colour.
I mixed the ash colour of her coat with blue and added a sparkly spot colouring.
I finished the character and all that was left was her inner attributes in form of design. There was a mistake on the face also.
I added a show of her powers as the white glow while the black and white circles represents her sprit immitation as well as her heeling or current control. The black and white circles are automatically deffensive as waters control themselves to protect her while the offensive part is of her will.
