Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire - Movie Review

Again, Kong is the protagonist of this story and is largely told from his point of view and those who are closest to him, I mean between allies and those who considered an enemy; this story follows the great gorilla finish forming a home where he still feels alone and where events that are far from being something created by chance, in the end provides not only part of the history of the species of Kong, but the war against his great rival, in that is I think the story is correct because it takes the experiences of Kong in a new world, along with the brief participation of human characters; I think that in that was done a good job because there is even a good connection between human characters and the Kaiju, something I did not see since the first film of the franchise.

Under the Bridge (series): Worth a watch but pay attention!

At first glance this story seems to be a teenage drama, which is something that I normally really hate. However, it starts out in a way that lets you know there is something a lot more dark going on here and it isn't your usual coming-of-age / teenage love story - and this is a good thing that it isn't like that. This follows a group of girls living on an island in Canada that get mixed up in trying to be a bit too hardcore real-life gangsta type and this results in rather extreme levels of bullying that leads to the murder of one of the teens. The storyline is based on real events that took place in the 90's in Canada and the aftermath of these actions including the discovery and prosecution of those responsible.

Star Wars The Acolyte Spoiler Free Review

I enjoyed seeing a few different types of Jedi, such as Sol played by Lee Jung-jae and the green skinned alien Jedi Vernestra Rwoh played by Rebecca Henderson. The show unfolds as a murder mystery, almost like a detective show, which I find suits the style of what the Jedi would have been capable of. There are definitely some twists and turns that may or may not subvert expectations as to what is going to play out in the final 6 episodes so the remaining few episodes will be interesting to see how they play out.

My review of Star Wars The Clone Wars ...but the Tartakovsky ✨

On the other hand, the series also for the more intuitive, is that it shows a reflection or message about war. Clone soldiers where they receive orders without hesitation and fulfill it to the letter, in addition to the droids that will do everything to defeat them, all that while the destruction is done in the cities and the countless deaths of innocents and clones that can occur. Besides that the only ones harmed in this conflict are the people, the citizens of the planets in the middle of this, very similar to reality no?

A mix of emotions at the end of the Young Sheldon series

Oh! How nostalgic to see Jim Parsons and Mayim Bialik as Sheldon and Amy again. For a fan, it was very good to see that they had this attention and concern to make an ending that the series deserved with an adult Sheldon finishing his biography and at the same time we could see him as he was after many years. It's a shame it wasn't possible to see your children, as perhaps it would have been the icing on the cake.

🎬 Serie Review - The Walking Dead: Dead City

What surprised me the most about this series and left me with a bitter feeling is the character that Hershel became, we left behind a sweet and tender child and now he looks like an emo who is living his worst life wanting to go for a dark side. I don't like this twist at all, especially because I feel that there will be betrayals involved, which in fact there already were. But, no doubt, this also keeps it interesting.

    Bionics (2024)

In the future where bionics are raising their technological heights and robotic prosthetics have revolutionised sport, two sisters, Elisa (Jéssica Córes) and Bianca (Gabz), are talented athletes who have positive aspirations to compete in the Olympic Games. What's more, the sisters are possessed by a long-standing rivalry that intensifies when Elisa, the younger sister, receives a new bionic implant that makes her the favourite to win the gold medal.

Boy Kills World... An Ultra-violent action Movie.

To be fair, there's nothing new about a revenge story. However, this show managed to present a lead character who's deaf and has an interesting inner voice which is both childish and hilarious in each monologue. Despite the seriousness of the theme of the movie and the goriness displayed in the action sequences, this Movie still maintained a great deal of hilarious moments which served as good comic relief.

The First Omen [Pure Terror] - Movie Review!

Another thing to highlight is everything related to photography and visuals. Being this a little bit my area, I must say that every frame, every shot and handling of the camera, lighting, absolutely everything is very well taken care of; cinematography in general is a resounding 10. Believe it or not this detail gives a lot of value to horror movies because logically they reach the viewer is by everything you see on screen rather than by a script or the construction of a certain character. I enjoyed it very much, it is rare that this happens in a film of these characteristics but friends, it happened. Besides everything being set in the 70's makes the vibe of the film is very different.

"Exhuma": Una producción que me decepcionó 🍿

Overall it was a very good production in terms of photography, the shots, the environment in which it was developed, and the performances were very good despite the characters were somewhat flat but with very good makeup and costumes. The first half is the typical development of a common horror movie, and from the second half everything gets a little complicated.

    Outlander | Series Review

This is a series that I really like because I feel that in each chapter I am on a new adventure, the trip to the past is the best, the scenery, the landscapes, are a delight for the eyes, it seems to me that it is a series well done. And for those of us who like to know about history, this is the perfect series, they teach us about wars and the struggle, especially in Scotland to free itself from the British. The actors seem to me to be always in sync with their roles and it is so well crafted that I feel like I am there living in those times.
