    Hello all #Splinterlands friends,
This is my entry for the Battle Mage Secrets weekly challenge.
This week's theme is the Lost Legendary, so I want to share a recent battle with this ruleset.

    The battle ruleset

    • 55 mana cap - a high mana battle (after several low mana battles sharing in the previous weeks)
    • Ruleset - Heavy Hitters, Unprotect and Lost Legendary
    • Splinter - Water, Light and Death can be used in this battle

    My team lineup

With these rulesets, I prefer to use Light Splinter because I have several strong attack Light monsters.

SummonerFranz Ruffmane- I use him because I want to use the Gladiator card in this battle. No additional armor because of the Unprotect ruleset
1st positionDrybone Barbarian - he is always my 1st choice as a tanker. I love his Retaliate skill which is very useful in many cases
2nd positionMarisol Contuma - the Gladiator with 5 melee attack and can attack from 2nd position with his Reach ability
3rd positionSandworm - another monster with 5 melee attack and can attack the backline monster with Sneak ability
4th positionUraeus - 1 more monster with Sneak ability and I also love his Poison skill
5th positionDjinn Renova - to give 1 health point to each of my monsters and heal the backline monster with Triage skill if the backline monster is attacked
6th positionWar Pegasus - fast and having Fly ability. I wish he can evade some attacks if my enemy uses any Sneak monster

    The battle

    • This is the battle in Champion League III. My enemy also chose Light Splinter with level 5 Franz Ruffmane as the summoner. The strategy here is using Drybone Barbarian to counter-attack all the melee monsters, and Snipe monsters to kill my backlines.
    • Luckily, my team had more monsters that could make the attack. 2 non-attack monsters from the enemy team could help the backline monsters stay longer on the battlefield but did not harm my team.
    • Finally, my team could win the battle after 4 rounds.

    That's all for now.
I hope you enjoy this battle and have a nice weekend!
