Hello to all project participants!In this post, you will find a report on the physical activities I undertook yesterday.
The morning began with physical exercises that included breathing techniques and static yoga poses for stretching.
The routine concluded with breath-holding exercises. It's worth noting that my overall well-being improved after completing these exercises.
Further daytime activity mainly involved walking.
As a result, I managed to accumulate just over 5,000 activity points, as you can see in this screenshot.Best of luck and good health to everyone!
