Circling around the park in a housing complex while waiting for the group to explore nature by bicycle this morning felt comfortable because the morning air was still cool. Today I plan to go to Hambalang Hill with my group by bicycle.
After the group arrived we continued our journey through the streets of Bogor city. Bogor is a district city which is a city with quite high levels of congestion, especially on weekdays. This city, nicknamed the city of rain, is located on a plateau. Bogor is famous for its coolness and there are still lots of trees on both sides of the road.
The urban area of Bogor district has been passed and now we are entering the agricultural area of residents. Most residents of Bogor district work as rice farmers. We also passed through the rice fields with beautiful and green views. As the rice plants are already turning yellow, it seems like they are just waiting for harvest time.
Before arriving at Hambalang Hill we passed a river, this river is a dam, namely the Katulampa Dam. From this dam, water flows are regulated as a source of agricultural irrigation for residents. We continued pedaling our bikes and passed through a quite beautiful canyon.
Finally we arrived at Hambalang Hill after traveling by bicycle for 2.5 hours. This is truly a tiring and enjoyable journey. There were many quite beautiful natural views along the way until we gathered at Hambalang Hill.
