A quiet and cooler day down in Shoalhaven Heads. Focused in on getting ready for product launch from a friend. Easy Traffic Bot provides the tools to create your own GPT bot - idea is to use that to drive traffic to an offer. I watched the training earlier in the week and had a go at making my own GPT. I worked out that is works better with offers that are a bit more in the detail. That had me discovering that a lot of my offers need work. I did get one working - more later
Got out on the bike in mid afternoon to walk a small loop in Seven Mile Beach NP. Walk was beginning to look like a grass seed walk. Weather has been hot and windy which has wiped out a lot of the flowers

Found a budding hyacinth orchid not far from where I saw them last time - this photo work is even harder with a narrow target
The hot weather has got these hyacinth orchids to seeded stage

Pushed down a side track in case. This caterpillar caught my eye with its bright yellow stripe

Was looking like a no orchid walk. Went back down the way I had walked to check a known spot

Loop walk done. Hot afternoon but comfortable in the bush. Did get some kms on the bike
Had friends over for dinner - bbq eye fillet and sausages and some veges. We had a good time. Always good when long time friends come back together
