[English version] Business is the soul of any society, but people still do not understand the different between business and entrepreneur. An entrepreneur is an originator of an idea, who's creative mins set sees opportunity (business) in every place and all time.
Where business is the process of buying and selling the idea create by an entrepreneur, for the purpose of satisfying the needs, wants utilization gratification of the consumer of such goods or services rewards.
However, many issues are going on in our society and many, at the same time, are pushing tirelessly to make a living. The question is, how many have been able to maintain their discoveries, and skill as an entrepreneur in the little society and the large ones?
Being an entrepreneur requires a great load of work, time, energy, trust, financial stability and mental strategies. One who is not strategic can't beat the path of an entrepreneur leader.
Many people ask why do we have many people in the streets today, with coated suits looking for a white cola job? And others picking from the waste bean?
The difference is based on what they both perceived as opportunity and Jobs. My ability to create the Job opportunities in my skills, and other local production
makes and entrepreneur.
While the opportunity to bring someone to work for me makes me a Job creators. My fashion business, requires great effort. When I look at how I have been able to carry on for years now, it requires a good strategic planning to meet with the daily running of the business.
Planning the design, custom to attend to and what should be done ahead of time and, trying to allow my manager to apply some form of managerial attributes.
Being an entrepreneur more specially in a country Society where things are changing, from the analog to a more digital system is not easy.
More especially, when one have in mind to create Job opportunities. Sometimes beating customers targets, and delivery multiple Jobs to meet with the expense lies on the shoulder of an entrepreneur.
As an entrepreneur I see opportunities in anything I do, an entrepreneur doesn't see anything as a waste, not even the piece of his material because that could generate income to sorts some issues.
The piece of material wish some people considered as a waste or bye product, is used to make a nice pillow. Every entrepreneur most size opportunity where it seems useless.
Many issues today is that how many do want to understand that creativity and entrepreneur kill is what the world needs to be being productive?
Honesty, people needs to be productive in the mind, I hardly employ such people don't. Reasons being that, I have the capital and strategic plans, I need people who would use their skills, minds, and thoughts to bring my alright establish vision to life.
By so doing, one is selling out these ideas, that brings about the business in the entrepreneur skill. The world would never change or get better if at all time people do not utilize the opportunities, in the society to create one business and job opportunities.

¿Quién crea oportunidades de empleo?
[Spanish version] El negocio es el alma de cualquier sociedad, pero la gente aún no entiende la diferencia entre negocio y emprendedor. Un emprendedor es el originador de una idea, cuya mentalidad creativa ve oportunidades (negocios) en todos los lugares y en todo momento.
Mientras que el negocio es el proceso de comprar y vender la idea creada por un emprendedor, con el propósito de satisfacer las necesidades, deseos y gratificación del consumidor de dichos bienes o servicios.
Sin embargo, en nuestra sociedad hay muchos problemas, y al mismo tiempo, muchas personas se esfuerzan incansablemente por ganarse la vida. La pregunta es, ¿cuántos han logrado mantener sus descubrimientos y habilidades como emprendedores en la pequeña y gran sociedad?
Ser emprendedor requiere una gran cantidad de trabajo, tiempo, energía, confianza, estabilidad financiera y estrategias mentales. Alguien que no sea estratégico no puede seguir el camino de un líder emprendedor.
Muchas personas se preguntan por qué hoy en día hay tantas personas en las calles, con trajes elegantes, buscando un trabajo de oficina, mientras otros recogen basura.
La diferencia se basa en lo que ambos perciben como oportunidades y empleos. Mi capacidad para crear oportunidades de empleo con mis habilidades y otras producciones locales me convierte en emprendedor.
Mientras que la oportunidad de traer a alguien a trabajar para mí me convierte en creador de empleos. Mi negocio de moda requiere un gran esfuerzo. Cuando veo cómo he logrado mantenerme durante años, ha requerido una buena planificación estratégica para cumplir con la operación diaria del negocio.
Planificar el diseño, los clientes a los que atender y lo que debe hacerse con anticipación, además de permitir que mi gerente aplique algunas habilidades de gestión.
Ser emprendedor, especialmente en una sociedad donde las cosas están cambiando de un sistema analógico a uno más digital, no es fácil.
Especialmente cuando uno tiene en mente crear oportunidades de empleo. A veces cumplir con los objetivos de los clientes y entregar múltiples trabajos para cubrir los gastos recae sobre los hombros del emprendedor.
Como emprendedor, veo oportunidades en todo lo que hago. Un emprendedor no ve nada como desperdicio, ni siquiera los restos de su material, porque eso podría generar ingresos para resolver algunos problemas.
El trozo de material que algunas personas consideran un desperdicio o subproducto, se utiliza para hacer una bonita almohada. Todo emprendedor debe aprovechar las oportunidades donde parece que no las hay.
El problema hoy en día es que muchos no quieren entender que la creatividad y las habilidades emprendedoras son lo que el mundo necesita para ser productivo.
Sinceramente, la gente necesita ser productiva mentalmente. Difícilmente empleo a personas que no lo son. La razón es que tengo el capital y los planes estratégicos, y necesito personas que utilicen sus habilidades, mentes y pensamientos para dar vida a mi visión ya establecida.
De este modo, uno vende estas ideas, lo que genera el negocio dentro de la habilidad emprendedora. El mundo nunca cambiará ni mejorará si las personas no aprovechan las oportunidades en la sociedad para crear negocios y oportunidades de empleo
