It is also a series of first images after I got my phone fixed. Motherhood can be such a demanding task. Some months ago, my sonshine had my phone immersed in a bucket of water with detergent. I was really heartbroken, but his intentions were pure 😭😭😭. He wanted to wash mommy's phone.
With a heavy heart, I quickly remembered a hack I heard about and put it inside a bag of rice after washing off the soapy water. As if the phone understood my situation, it somehow got stable after the rice experience but that was a delay of the doom's day.
Fast forward to some weeks after the event, when I thought I have my phone back, the phone screen went wacky and was operating itself with that computer voice dictating everything. Anyway, it couldn't have it anymore after a while and the screen went totally numb. I remembered that incident and was always looking at my sonshine angrily every time I picked the phone but his innocent looks always disarmed me.
Anyway, the phone screen finally gave up and I had to spend some time without a smartphone. It felt like forever. I was using a small phone that could only make and answer calls for some time. I didn't know how much dependent I was on my smartphone until then, or was I addicted? I guess the latter is more fitting because phone's primary function is to make and receive calls.
Hubby later came to my rescue and had the phone screen fixed. I now have the opportunity to be back online. I've taken lots of photos and videos that I will share over time.
