I'll say that the women are dressing more for the Gram . And for those who are influencers and Social Media lovers I think they're dressing themselves for the fashion Catalog.
Well like they say Looking Good is good business . But these days the women are taking it as a competition against each other .
To a point it's no longer about them dressing up for the Men it's more like they're in a competition to show who dresses better or who is more stylish.
In the days of Old women were thought to dress well , smell well and look well all of these go to impress the Men in there life's and to an extent they did all of these only so they could be fitting enough to become wives for the Men.
And then the narrative starts to change and the Women are now more concerned with how they look than what aura of Character they pass on , funny enough most of them are prioritizing there style over what the Men think about them
Looking Good is good business and for some reasons they bag lots of influencer deals from looking all prime proper and beautiful .
And at the end of the day we can't just blame them .
So 80% of today's Women dress up to be better than others women and step up there fashionista game and it's becoming a blessing and a curse .
