Today I come to share a sweet recipe, with a combination of two flavors between coconut and carrot. I first thought of making coconut preserves, but the coconut I have is small, so I decided to combine it with carrot since this sweet also has a good flavor. This is the first time I made a candy with these two flavors. This is an uncomplicated recipe and with only four ingredients, we will have a sweet treat for an afternoon snack.

Hoy vengo a compartir una receta dulce, con una combinación de dos sabores entre coco y zanahoria. Pensé en realizar primeramente unas conservas de coco; pero el coco que tengo es pequeño; entonces decidí unir con zanahoria ya que este dulce también tiene buen sabor. Es primera vez que realizó un dulce con estos dos sabores. Está es una receta que no tiene complicación y con solo cuatro ingredientes, tendremos dulce para merendar en la tarde.Te muestro la preparación.

1 carrot
200 grams of sugar

I started by taking the carrot and grate it on the coarse side of the cheese grater.

Now I took the coconut and pounded it hard to remove the hard rind and also proceeded to grate the coconut in the same part that I grated the carrot. The two ingredients were placed in a pot and stirred.

Ahora tome el coco golpee duro para que quitar la corteza dura y también procedí a rallar el coco por la misma parte que ralle la zanahoria. Los dos ingredientes fueron colocados en una olla y removí.
