Hola, queridos amigos de esta hermosa comunidad, espero que mi post sea de su agrado y compartir mi experiencia día a día sea para ustedes algo entretenido ja, ja, ja... para mí no ha sido fácil estos días he tenido tantas emociones encontradas, pero aquí vamos luchando contra todo pronóstico, hace poco mi mamá realizó su viaje a Colombia donde no pudo hacerlo en un vuelo directo, pero si logró irse de viaje hasta el aeropuerto de San Antonio del Táchira, cuyo aeropuerto está a unos minutos de la frontera de Venezuela con Colombia, donde mi mamá va en un taxi directo a Cúcuta.

Para mi sorpresa al llegar al aeropuerto general en jefe santiago Mariño esta área donde esta ubicada la taquilla de rutaca estaba sola, contaba con varios pendones donde deja Clara las reglas de esta aerolínea, pero pareció bien porque así uno como persona y curiosa no está preguntando y molestando a las personas de la taquilla, y simplemente con leer los pendones y verlos es algo que esta a simple vista, atendieron de maravilla a mi mamá donde le dijeron los pesos que tenía su maleta y el bolso de mano que llevaba donde menos mal no tenía sobrepeso.

Al confirmar el pasaje y dejar la maleta en la taquilla ya tenía que pasar a la sala de espera donde si se demoró un poco en salir su vuelo porque el avión no estaba en el sitio, pero fue muy puntual a la hora de salida porque habíamos llegado casi a las 1:30 pm y el vuelo salía a las 3:15 pm así que todo salió según lo planificado y gracias a Dios mi mamá pudo abordar sin problema, no como la última vez donde el vuelo se atrasó un día esta aerolínea me gusto mucho porque era como más atenta y las personas muy amables, espero que cuando me toque viajar me atiendan igual jajajá...
