ㅤHola a todos y todas de SWC, les comparto algunas fotos de hoy entrenando con unos amigos entrenando calistenia mientras nos ayudábamos unos a otro a mejorar los ejercicios básicos y estáticos como la parada de manos, la muscle up, entre otros. Luego de prácticar los ejercicios decidimos empezar una rutina de básico tipo full body pero solo de pull ups y push ups.
ㅤRealizamos una serie de 3 ejercicios, pero con variaciones largas. El primero realizado fueron las 3 muscle ups y seguido de 30 bar dips o sea (1 muscle + 10 bar dips x3 veces). Luego de ello pasamos a 15 dominadas, bien sea abierta o normales y, 15 fondos en paralelas. Esto lo realizamos 3 veces con un descanso que permita realizar el siguiente circuito, ya que la dificultad aumenta cuando realizamos las bar dips y toca realizar nuevamente la muscle up.
ㅤDecidí realizar un segundo circuito, pero no tuve buena luz para las tomas, así que dejaré hasta aquí mi post. Espero les haya gustado... Hasta la próxima😁.

ㅤHello everyone from SWC, I share with you some pictures of today training with some friends training calisthenics while helping each other to improve basic and static exercises such as handstand, muscle up, among others. After practicing the exercises we decided to start a basic full body routine but only pull ups and push ups.
We did a series of 3 exercises, but with long variations. The first one was 3 muscle ups followed by 30 bar dips (1 muscle + 10 bar dips x3 times). After that we moved on to 15 pull-ups, either open or normal and 15 parallel dips. We do this 3 times with a rest that allows us to do the next circuit, as the difficulty increases when we do the bar dips and it is time to do the muscle up again.
