Greetings, friends of Hive, I hope you're well! Today, while walking through Madrid, doing my personal chores and making a living, as the Spanish say, I came across these bushes along one of the streets. They caught my attention, and I couldn't help but take a few photos. There weren't many, which is why this short post.
From what I've researched online, it's a plant that blooms in winter, although here in Spain, winter is almost over and we'll enter warmer seasons like spring, where the flowers bloom beautifully, hence the title of this post. I feel like little by little everything will return to its normal and natural course, since as a Venezuelan, I'm not used to these climates, hehe. I hope you liked the photos...
¡Saludos amigos de Hive, espero que estén bien! Hoy mientras caminaba por Madrid haciendo mis labores personales y buscándome la vida como dicen los Españoles me topé con estos arbustos por una de las vías y me llamó mucho la atención y no pude evitar tomarle algunas fotos. No fueron muchas y por eso este post corto.
En lo que investigué por internet se trata de una planta que florece en tiempo invernal aunque aquí en España ya el invierno está por terminar y entraremos en las estaciones cálidas como la primavera donde las flores dan su floración hermosa y por eso el título de este post. Siento que poco a poco todo tomará su rumbo normal y natural ya que como venezolano no estoy acostumbrado a estos climas jeje. Espero les hayan gustado las fotos...
This flower has the characteristic of growing on large bushes; in fact, throughout the area where I was, the bush was so prominent that it caught the attention of the bees that were nearby.
Está flor tiene la característica de estar en arbustos grandes, de hecho en toda la zona que estuve el arbusto hacia mucha presencia tanto así que llamó la atención de las abejas que estaban cerca.
Its main beauty lies in its white color, but also in its pale orange tones in some areas, which I imagine are the unopened flowers. Believe it or not, the flower gave off a peculiar scent that, although light, was noticeable and very pleasant. What scared me a little were the bees nearby, but oh well, that's typical of spring, haha.
Su belleza principal radica en su color blanco pero también con esos tonos como naranja pálido en algunas zonas que me imagino que es la flor todavía sin abrirse. Aunque no lo crean la flor desprendía un peculiar olor que aunque ligero era notorio y muy agradable, lo que me daba algo de miedo eran las abejas que estaban cerca pero bueno, es lo típico de la primavera jejeje.
