I have many times before seen this card, that is the Naga Assasin but I didn't know her name. I did the Google lens search multiple times but still couldn't find it. I later thought I'd try out the Naga search as most snake tailed cards are from that family and voila, it worked, I found that she was the Naga Assasin.
I am sorry for not posting over the week or even earlier. I had a busy bit but now that the Easter holiday is around the corner and work closed early I made the best of it and composed this post.
