Day 2204 | Week Completed & New Goals !

    I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

    I completed a 2nd week successfully eating nearly fully clean, drinking plenty of water, taking my supplements, doing 100k+ steps in total while also joining 5 Hot yoga classes a,d play an hour of tennis. All this got my weight down from 73.6 kg to below 69.9kg which was just the first initial water weight drop. It also nearly fully cleared my skin. I plan to continue at this pace for at least 1 more week and go in some kind of maintenance mode afterward.

    I ended up doing an morning walk and a short afternoon walk to reack close to 10k steps and finish above 100k steps on the week. This while doing a fasting day.

    Week Goals: I aim to continue the exact same way aiming for 100k steps on the week, joining at least 3 hot yoga classes, playing Tennis on Wednesday, keep eating healthy and at max have 1 small cheat day, do a Sunday water fast which hopefully will get me closer to 68kg and at least below 69kg.

    Today Goals: My body now is in a fasted state after 2 nights and 1 day with only water. I plan to do a long walk before eating something for maximum fat burning. In the afternoon I will have some productivity, try to take a nap and join a hot yoga class.
