I Am alive and well. Thank God for this day. I went to escort a friend to pay for her room. She's finally paid for the room she went to bargain for early in October. She's now paid and will be moving at the end of the month. Her money is finished and waiting for the next salary to be able to move. The new place is twice the price of her old place, so she was able to pay for only 1 year. They wanted 2 years but she couldn't afford that. She negotiated with them to pay for a year. In Ghana, most property owners request for 2 years rent advance. A few of them will give it out for 1 year but at a higher price. My rent expires in March, hoping to be able to raise money for rent while paying for fees and all. May God help me.
