‘I can do all I set my heart to do including keeping fit, looking good and feeling healthy’
What I tell myself every day as I get off my bed to dress up for a jog by first attending the 6 am mass.
I was running late so I jogged to church, a 15-minute walk was reduced to a 4-minute jog.
I jogged then walked as well as did the stairs drill 6 times to and fro.

I went to work and the stairs there were on another level, my thighs were on fire 🔥
