Our surroundings are part of us, Today I'll be talking about a Very interesting topic - ECOSYSTEM, THE FOOD CHAIN & THE FOOD WEB and how it interacts with us and affects us as humans
Ecology is the study of the relationship between living organisms including Humans and their Environment
ECOSYSTEM or Ecological system consists of all organisms and their abiotic pools and also their biotic component
A food chain is a linear sequence of organisms which starts from a producer and ends with a decomposer
Plants are producers while Animals are consumers
Food web is an interconnection of many food chains
So the quality of the Environment affects the life plants
As plants prevent ozone depletion
Maintaining a clean environment reduces pollution, preserves our biosphere, protects endangered species, and helps preserve the earth’s natural resources. In society, the state of cleanliness represents the mindset of its inhabitants.
