Today got me doing this, a little impactive class I had with my pupils, so I decided to share the fun time with you guys.
Today happens to be our first class on creative art so we decided to work on colours.
I introduced the pupils to the great Holozing features and guess what?.....the colours of the holozing features are so attractive so we did a little colouring of the features in class.
During the colouring class, the following instruments and materials where used: crayons of different colours, and a white paper printed on it were the Holozing features as shown below:
I used the Infurno, Wrackoo and Walle outline features for the colouring activity with the pupils.
I taught the pupils about colours and usefulness of colours on drawings.
During the course of the class, I observed during the colouring class of the Holozing features that children learned a skill of patience and also allowed them to be relaxed and comfortable in the process of creating the piece of art.
It helped the pupils to recognize different colours as being used in form of their expression
The pupils were so captivated and were stimulated as these has an impact on their cognitive development
The process of colouring started with offering just one crayon at a time
Indeed it was an exciting moment with the pupils, most especially their ability to focus on the task for a longer length of time
Teaching colours to children was really a fun time as well as colour sorting. This helped them to better appreciate and understand colours.
The light colours which were used during the course of the class helped in stimulating and energizing the pupils while the softer colours used had a calming effect on them.
My whole day went incredibly great having a good time with the pupils in class.
