We decided to have our first Samgyupsal experience in Samgyupsalamat because we saw an online review and feedbacks in different social media platforms about their food and service. Samgyupsalamat has already a lot of branches around the Philippines so I guess it's quite famous.
When we entered the food stablishment, we were welcomed by their very polite and warm service staff. They offered us the menu and explained to us what are their best selling in the menu. They have unlimited grill and fried chicken for the prices of 699 peps for dinning in for 1 and 549 pesos for minimize of 2 pax dinning in. The prices is actually not bad as its already includes unlimited korean side dishes, pork, beef and different flavor of their fried chicken. However, they don't offer bottomless drinks so you have to pay for your drinks separately.
We first ordered plain pork which is the Buljib, it's cutted like a thin bacon, and the beef boolgogi, it's a marinated beef thinly cutted. We grilled the meat for about 7-10 minutes and we are very much happy because when we tried it, it was tender and flavorful. We eat the meat with their side dishes like japchae which is a sweet noddles, fresh lettuce, Korean and kimchi, and my favorite ,Korean cheese.
On our second meat refill, we got the yangnyum buljib which the marinated kind of the first plain meat we've ordered and the Beef Samgyup which is a plain meat. We also tried their Gochujang Chicken balls which I really love since it was very flavorful. Everything was served fresh and quality 👌.
Overall, my Korean grill experience in Samgyupsalamat was amazing. I didn't regret having this first time experience because it was definitely worth it. There prices sounds a bit expensive but it was very worth it. Nothing on the menu, even the side dishes won't disappoint you. I would definitely come back next time to this amazing samgyupsal restaurant!
