Easy way to cook fish samballado

    A bright day like my bright mood right now, today's atmosphere is indeed very bright for some reason even though yesterday it rained very heavily, that's the weather that always changes, yes with weather like this I really want to cook my and my family's favorite fish with chili sauce, we happened to go to the fish market near our house, all they had were these small fish, usually people here call it dencis fish, this dencis fish is delicious if not in chili sauce then in steamed banana leaves, that's my opinion, I don't know what you guys like to eat it in, hehehe



    I can't see dencis fish, because one of my favorite fish is dencis fish, so rather than being curious, I will share my favorite dencis fish chili sauce recipe with all of you, the ingredients I use are only chilies, onions, and tomatoes, I don't use many ingredients because my version of chili sauce is just that, maybe your version is different, right?

    This sambal lado fish is very popular in my area, and I think not only in my area, this fish is very popular in Indonesia, if abroad I also don't know, whether there is food like this or not, hehehe
    But what is clear is that this smaballado is very distinctive with a spicy sweet and salty taste, plus crispy fish, it is very delicious. Okay, let's see how I make this dencis samballado fish.



    Materials used

    500 grams of dencis fish
    15 red chilies
    4 small tomatoes
    3 cloves of shallots
    2 cloves of garlic
    1/2 tbsp salt
    1/2 tbsp granulated sugar


    Manufacturing procedure



    First


    Prepare the fish, I have cleaned the fish beforehand, and coated it with salt and lime, then grind the spices until they are really smooth.

    Second


    Saute the ground spices with a little cooking oil, while the spices are being sauteed, I fry the fish first until dry.

    Third


    Cook the samballado until cooked until the oil comes out, and add sugar and salt, don't forget to taste it.

    Fourth


    After the fish and chili sauce are cooked, put the fish into the samballaodo, stir until evenly mixed, let stand for about 1 minute, then turn off the stove, the dencis fish with samballaodo is ready to be served.

    My dencis fish is ready, and I added a few celery leaves on top so that the fish smells good and increases my appetite, the taste of the fish is spicy and crispy, because earlier I deliberately fried the fish dry so that when I bite it it is crispy,
