Because not everyone is being led by the Spirit of God. You have many people that say that they have been walking with God for many years, but they bear no fruit.

They have a form of godliness, but they deny the power thereof. The Lord said, the moment that you focus on your relationship with him, he's going to reveal himself to you. He is going to speak to you, and he's going to exalt your relationship with him.
