Since recently, I have been exercising and the reason why I started was because I felt very bad, I was tired even if I did nothing, my health was deteriorating and my mood was getting worse every day, sadness accompanied me and there was nothing that caused me joy, so I took action because I reached my lowest point.
During this time I have noticed that people who exercise seem happy, they are always in a good mood and are sociable. I like the atmosphere when I surround myself with cheerful people, because the vitality is contagious. Today I wanted to take some pictures with a lady who is an example of what I am saying. Surround yourself with people with good vibes and keep moving.
Desde hace poco, estoy haciendo ejercicio y la razón por la que empecé fue porque me sentí muy mal, me la pasaba cansada aunque no hiciera nada, mi salud se deterioraba y mi estado de ánimo iba peor cada día, la tristeza me acompañaba y ya no había nada que me causara alegría, entonces tome acción porque llegue a mi punto más bajo.
Durante este tiempo he observado que la gente que se ejercita parece feliz, siempre está de buen humor y son sociables. Me gusta el ambiente que se respira cuando me rodeo de personas alegres, porque la vitalidad se contagia. Hoy quise tomarme algunas fotos con una señora que es el ejemplo de lo que expreso. Rodéate de personas con buena vibra y sigue en movimiento.
